Run for Hospice

On Friday, July 14 - 2023 and for the second year in a row, and organized by Hospice Egypt, A Run for Hospice Marathon was held on the banks of the Cairo Nile in the Manial region, in cooperation with the Rx Runners team, with the participation of more than 300 runners representing the volunteers in Hospice Egypt and a large number of students of governmental, public and private universities, and in the presence of representatives of the National Cancer Institute, the strategic partner of the Foundation in Caring for terminal patients. At the end of the race, the winners of the first three places in the categories of children, youth and the elderly were honored and handed over medals. Shields were also handed over to the deans and vice-deans of the participating universities, in appreciation of their continuous efforts in spreading the concept of hospice among young students and their support for patients in the late stages.
