Hospice Egypt Hosts Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria Hotel Delegation to Strengthen Support for Terminally ill Patients and Families

On Wednesday, April 19, 2026, Hospice Egypt had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria Hotel, who visited to gain deeper insight into the organization’s work in supporting patients during the final stages of illness and caring for their families. During the visit, the Hospice Egypt team delivered an introductory presentation highlighting the origins and philosophy of hospice care, its global significance, and the growing need for such services in Egypt. The meeting also included a comprehensive overview of the free services offered by Hospice Egypt, ranging from home-based hospice care to the inpatient Stationary Hospice , which provides a supportive and dignified environment for patients. As part of their visit, the Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria Hotel team contributed in-kind donations, including ready-to-eat meals, juices, and adult diapers, to help support patients and their families during this critical time. Both sides also discussed opportunities for future collaboration between Hospice Egypt and Hilton Alexandria Hotel, with a shared goal of expanding support and enhancing the quality of care provided to terminally ill patients and their families.
