During the visits, the patient enjoyed talking about what he finds valuable in life and how he finds pleasure in the game of chess. The Hospice Egypt team listened to his many meaningful discussions and even wrote down some of his words of wisdom in a card and gifted it to him and his family. The family kept the card after their father passed away as a remembrance of him.
