Hospice Egypt Invites the German School DEO for a Day at the Stationary Hospice Building

JOSAAB Foundation – Hospice Egypt Project along with its board of trustees have had the privilege of hosting the German School’s (DEO) administration and students in Cairo at the stationary hospice building on the 22nd of January, 2018. With their belief and passion in what the organization offers in the form of diverse hospice services to terminally-ill patients. The day was divided into many different segments that included a brief about the beginning of hospice and how the idea started to spread then an introduction to Hospice Egypt’s team. Hospice Egypt’s vision, mission and activities were presented to the attendees, followed by a guided tour inside the stationary hospice building showcasing special spacious patient rooms with private bathrooms and the many different state-of-the-art equipment used to help terminally-ill patients keep their privacy and maintain their dignity till the very end. Hospice Egypt ended the day with “thank you” giveaways to all the participants of the DEO school and a group picture to commemorate this special day.
